Tweaker q's – Tagline and expanded posts

Hi all – I have two questions with regard to my page: I want to add either a tagline, or a second, smaller header under my customized header in “tweaker”. I feel that my page needs a second, explanatory line of text that I cannot fit into my header graphic.

I would also like to find a way to show the entire post, rather than collapsing them, for every post on the page.

Can anyone help me? i’m afraid that at this point, changing themes is not really a good option for me. Thanks!
