Tweet Blender admin page not working

Tweet Blender 3.3.15 installed to WordPress 3.3.2 and trying to setup using the admin page (<site>/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=tweet-blender/admin-page.php) but no options are actually shown. It just shows a text list of what the sub-pages/tabs are supposed to be, but no actual options to set appear.
Assuming this is why no tweeets appear when the widget is put into a page, either.
