Tweet excerpt instead of title

First of all, thanks for the great plugin!
What I’d like to have it do, is auto-tweet the excerpt (until 140 char.) instead of the title, as the titles are very short. Is this possible?
Other question: can I exclude a single post from being tweeted? I didn’t see an option on my posts admin page. I could do it by unchecking the ‘auto-tweet’ from the Tweetable settings.
