If you look at the page where I’ve inserted your plugin shortcode:
    https://www.onalytica.com/careers/

You will see the image for the (single tweet) is not being displayed, rather an image placeholder icon. How do I get images to display within the twitter feed?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Sorry for any confusion! Our free version does not display images at this time. This is a “Pro only” feature.

Also, it looks like the icons are being blocked due to the home url for our site being “https://onalytica.com/careers/” but your link includes the “www”. You can force your visitors to only use the “https://onalytica.com/careers/” version to prevent this.

Let me know if you have any more questions!

    Thanks,

    Craig

Hi Craig, further on this we have purchased the PRO version of the plugin in order to get the images displaying.

Unfortunately if you look at the page with the feed:
    https://onalytica.com/careers/
You will see that the image for the ‘Tom Ward’ tweet is still not displaying.

    I have:
    1) Used the ‘Clear Twitter Cache’ button within the Custom Twitter Feeds settings page, &
    2) Have cleared the cache of our Caching Plugin (WP Fastest Cache),
But unfortunately the problem persists. Any solution?

    Hey simonpedge,

Could you also try clearing the “persistent cache” using the button on the “Customize” tab. If you are able to do this before tomorrow you can still grab these two tweets when the persistent cache resets. This should display the images then.

I’ve made a note to include image data in the free version’s persistent cache in the future. This should work for you though.

Thanks Craig, that did the trick!

Great! Sorry for the issue again.

Have a good rest of your week.
