Tweet Old Post to Revive Old Post – Both still posting?

Maybe I’m a bit confused? I know you changed name and upgraded, but on Twitter, I’m still seeing posts go out from my ‘old’ settings with the prefix I’d put in there that is NOT in the new settings. WHy is this? It seems like 2 different settings are running at same time.
