• Hi, wonder if anyone can help me;
    I have installed and setup and tested the tweet this plugin with twitter account;

    On Posts when I select the tweet this button to post to my twitter account the short url is being added but as text not as a hyperlink, it just dosent link to the post on my site.
    Any suggestions?

  • Can you provide an example or screenshot? When you click the Tweet This link on a post or page, it takes you to Twitter and if you are logged in the title of the post is displayed along with a short URL to that post, but the URL is not actually made into an HTML link until you publish the tweet to your Twitter stream. However, the short URL is generated regardless of usage if you use a URL shortener such as Bit.ly, TinyURL, etc., as defined in the TWeet This Options.

    I’m getting the following error after updating to the latest version of WordPress:

    Warning: require_once(/home6/tonyrush/public_html/wp-includes/class-json.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home6/tonyrush/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tweet-this/tweet-this.php on line 145

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home6/tonyrush/public_html/wp-includes/class-json.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/lib64/php:/usr/lib/php’) in /home6/tonyrush/public_html/wp-content/plugins/tweet-this/tweet-this.php on line 145

    Unfortunately this error is keeping me from logging into my WP Control Panel at all.

    Can anyone offer assistance with resolving this?

    Thanks,
    Tony
