Tweet with too big font size

I am not sure what are you asking. Plugin could not control the size of the font on twitter.com. Also all your tweets have that font, not just the ones that made by the plugin.

Only the last tweet from nextscripts has this big font size: https://twitter.com/BCWinzeln

oh that. This is a weird Twitter feature that suppose to highlight more popular and important tweets. Nobody knows how it works. It does not matter how tweet got there.

Look at some popular Twitter accounts, you will see that everywhere:
