tweetonpost "Could not get access token"

I installed the TweetOnPost plugin Chief Shepherd Blog and set up the Twitter App as directed but when I try to add an account the plugin gives an ERROR: “Could not get access token”
I already have the plugin working on another site CDN Today – the Christian Alternative to Facebook but when I try to add an account to that one, it also give the error!
Did something change with the new version of WP – or with the new stuff on Twitter?
