We must follow the rules of this forum and unable to assist with issues relating to our Pro plugin.
If your plugin is activated as you indicated then it is a Pro version and there would be a license key in the field as that is the only way to activate a plugin license. We would be happy to help you and offer an easy solution to get assistance for any issue with either our Free or Pro plugin.
Please submit a support request here and specify (using the down arrow selector) as to whether the request is for the Free version or Pro version.
Include a brief description of the issue you are having along with your plugin’s system info which can be obtained by going to your:
WordPress DashBoard -Twitter Feeds – Settings – Support (tabbed page).
Select all text in the “System Info” by clicking in the box, copy and then paste the ‘System Info’ into your reply.
