    Do you have the latest version of the plug-in? This was an issue with a couple of earlier versions.

    Does it help if you change the version of the JavaScript that the Rotating Tweets plug-in uses on the settings page?

    I notice that your theme has taken over the jQuery installation – replacing version 1.11.2 with old version 1.4.2 and also has its own version of the cycle script. That is also likely to cause some issues. I’m currently on holiday – but will take a look at this when I get back (if it’s still needed).
