Tweets not displayed anymore

    Hi everyone,

    the plugin stopped displaying tweets on my site, now I am seeing this error:

    I can’t figure out what caused it, can you help me?

    ?Thank you for contacting us! We are working quickly to investigate how a?sudden Twitter API change?will affect our plugin and customers. Currently, some (or most) feeds will be broken. You can also find any updates on this in?our FAQ here.

    That being said this issue seems unrelated to the most recent API change. Even without this error, you would run into issues setting up the feed currently. Please check the document above and the pinned thread here on the forums for when we have determined how the API changes will affect our users.

    For us to dig into your specific issue further, please reach out using the Technical Support form here including the System Info from the plugin’s Help page, where we should be able to provide some additional help. The first step with your issue would be to first reinstall the plugin fully, once we have hopefully resolved this API issue.

    Hi @joelsmashballoon,

    now it’s working again but I think it will keep working just until the 13th februray.

    As you have mentioned there is an extension that will keep some feeds working until the 13th, and we are looking into potential workarounds still (both simple and more complex). Thanks for your understanding and indeed, keep an eye on the doc in the coming days.
