Tweets not updating

  • Hi there,

    We are facing the issue that tweets are not updating for weeks and only disconnecting and connecting again, shows up the latest Tweets. We did this the last time 5 days ago. Under Cache > Settings we set the cache rate to 1 day and also already tried flushing W3 Total Cache.

    Do you have any other suggestion?

    Hi,

    Such an issue can be caused by theme or plugin conflicts or the host restricting WP Cron functionality. I would try with a separate clean install test site with only Fetch Tweets and see if the same problem occurs. If it is difficult to do, temporarily disable all the other plugins and switch to the default theme and see if the problem still persists.
