    Hi,

Twentig is causing some conflicts with Twenty Twenty.

It was fine using Live Preview but when activated and published, my live site has a blank page. Nothing loads.

Contacted hosting company. They said there seems to be a compatibility issue between the plugin and Twenty Twenty (parent and child).

Now, even Live Preview doesn’t load. The theme without Twentig is loading fine.

    Can you help with this?

Is there some tweak that can be made on the server end? Or anything, please?

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Thanks for your feedback. I can’t replicate this issue, and this is the first time we encounter this issue. Unfortunately, as it’s forbidden for us to ask for any access to provide support, it’s difficult to diagnose the issue.

You said there’s a “compatibility issue between the plugin and Twenty Twenty (parent and child).”
Does it mean you are using a child theme? If so, please deactivate it, deactivate all your plugins, and use only the Twenty Twenty theme with Twentig to see if the issue is still there.

Could you please send us your “Site Health Info”:
WordPress dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info Tab > Copy site info to clipboard

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

    Thanks for your quick response.

Unfortunately, I’m having the same problem with Twenty Twenty One too.

I followed your suggestions. Twentig won’t work with LiteSpeed Cache. Even with the cache plugin deactivated, the layout doesn’t look as customised (Incognito view), i.e font is huge.

On Site Health info, I have this:

“The scheduled event, litespeed_task_imgoptm_pull, is late to run. Your site still works, but this may indicate that scheduling posts or automated updates may not work as intended.”

But I think this is irrelevant? I’ve seen the same message on and off before.

It’s a shame I can’t make this work. If you have any pointers, please let me know although it must be difficult for you without seeing it.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,

If possible, could you please put your WordPress install in debug mode by adding define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); inside your wp-config.php file ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/editing-wp-config-php/#wp_debug) and share your website’s URL?

    Thanks,
    Tom

    Hi Tom,

I might look into this setup again in future but for now, I decided to leave it.

Thanks for trying to help though ??
