Twenty Eleven Child Theme Header

    I am currently customizing the twenty eleven theme using a child theme. I have had a custom header designed with my logo and a subscribe box.I have a header graphic with a subscribe box, but I don’t know how to write script to make the header graphic function like a subscribe box. I am fairly new to css and php but if explained to me, I can follow directions. I am wondering if any one knows codes for me to do this. I have placed the header on my WordPress blog using a twenty eleven child theme. The subscribe box is not clickable and unable to enter email to subscribe. I have an RSS feed and a mailchimp account. I am also using Godaddy hosting.

    Can anyone please help me make the header graphic into a functional subscribe box.
