[twenty eleven theme adding second menu onto the home page and clickable areas

hi i dont know if this is possible but on the top image on this website https://www.mycampusride.com (the image with the my campus ride logo on it)i want the 4 areas of the image to be clickable, one to open a video and the other 3 to go to different pages. is this possible? also i would like to have a second menu under this image and when you click on the second menu links the content opens underneath the second menu, is this possible to?
