• What is up with the spacing above the logo on twenty-fifteen’s sidebar?

It seems like no matter what you edit with css, when the page loads, it adds a bunch of space above the logo (when you scroll down and back up again, that space is gone).

Anyone know what’s going on here?

    Thanks

Can you show us a page with the problem?

I think it might be part of a upper element. I’ll update this thread again in about an hour when I’ve had time to test that possibility

Yes, the problem was another element I added. A 100% width bar intended to be above all other elements on the page (above sidebar and rest of content).

For some reason, inserting this 100% div causes the sidebar to slide down. I don’t know why

Just updating this. The issue was one I didn’t fix. For whatever reason, adding things above the header causes the sidebar to slide down uncontrollably.

    I switched themes
