Twenty Fourteen inner area issue

    Hello,

    I am trying to use Styles to change a site to black but I am having issues when using Inner area under Global Styles in Customize. I change the colour to #000000 but the whole inner are doesn’t turn black. Is there an issue with Twenty Fourteen and the Styles plug-in?
