[Theme: Twenty Fourteen] Primary Sidebar Not Showing

I’m trying to make the left sidebar for the twenty fourteen site appear on my page. A previous team working on the site took out the side bar and how our client wants it back.

The content sidebar, which is on the right appears and works perfectly with widgets, however. Please help!
