    Hello everyone,

I use Twenty Fourteen, a responsive WordPress theme, on my website. But for some reason the text of the articles and sections of the menu are not scaled and almost unreadable on any smartphone. In a miniaturized browser window on the laptop the site is displayed responsive and there is no problem here. But on a smartphone itself it ‘s not OK. Then it seems as if the theme is not responsive. And then text and menu’s look very very small.

What strikes me is that I have the same problem with another site with a different responsive WP theme but that I host together on the same WordPress multisite 4.6.1 configuration. OK When I simulate a smartphone window on my laptop. But not OK on the real thing. Could the problem have something to do with my WordPress multisite config or settings? How do I fix this? Thanks!

Your host is doing some sort of iframe encapsulation thing with your content. Look at your page’s source code. This iframe container has no viewport meta tag, which is required for content to display correctly on mobile devices.

I wasn’t aware that this iFrame thing could be a problem. Many thanks bcworkz for pointing it out to me.
