Twenty Seventeen Customising Header for Mobile and Tablet

    Website has video header for homepage (2000 x 1100)
    I made a smaller image header for the other pages (2000 x 150)

    The image header is cropped (looks awful) in mobile and tablet versions.
    I want to edit CSS but when I’ve applied guidance from other forum topics on this subject, I can’t get it to work.
