Twenty Seventeen Menu

Would you be able to produce a list of steps to replicate the issue? I don’t understand the problem from your description.

Sorry for my English… I try with other words.
So :
I made a site with the theme “Twenty Seventeen”.
I created a horizontal menu at the top. On each page it appears at the top except on the homepage:
It appears at the bottom and unrolls down. So, we can not see the contents of the drop-down menus.

If you go to :

You can’t see the content of the drop-down menus on the home page.

Yes I understand now thanks for explaining. It’s a little harder to do than I thought because you have submenu items.

Is there an issue with people not knowing to scroll down? When you scroll down there is no problem.
