Twenty Seventeen show thumbnails with posts on front page panels

Hello,

I am using a Twenty Seventeen Child Theme.

I used a front page section to display my posts (Local Events) and I would like to include a thumbnail along with the excerpt.

I don’t want to make any changes to https://paradigminvest.com/hardees/local-events/

Any help is much appreciated.
