Twenty Sixteen NOT Refreshing on Mobile Devices

    I changed from Twenty Sixteen to Blogger this morning but didn’t like it. So I switched back to Twenty Sixteen. Desktop is working just fine. However, now it seems the previous theme is “stuck” as far as the iPad and phone versions. I’ve refreshed Safari on all devices, and yet those devices continue to use the Blogger Theme, even though Twenty Sixteen is currently active. Could sure use some help here. Thanks!
