Twenty Ten : header.php

PLEASE HELP!
I erroneously typed some rubbish code on the header.php template page
and now my friend’s site, spondylsana has gone blank! Since the
updates are not saved, I have no idea how to recover her site!!

Is there a sample header.php code that I can copy paste? I am happy to
take that and make changes to revert to my website (I can read and
make minor changes to code, but not type it from scratch or fix when I
have deleted one important line of html!)
