Twenty ten theme- moving post title ABOVE posted on date

I’ve searched these forums and have not identified a solution for moving the post on date ABOVE the post title. What file do I go to, i.e. index.php, function.php or loop.php or all 3?

What code do I tweak?

Also, I want to remove the words “posted on” from the date line. So, I have the same question: what file and what code to tweak?
