Twenty Ten Theme White Page Background Need changed

    I currently have a dk green/light checker board as my background. I would like to change the white color pages that exist within this template to a dark green with opacity level at or around 35 – 75%. Which css file and where?

    With the white page changing color as mentioned above I will also have to change the text, the content and the links where would I modify these changes?

    Lastly, I would also like to implement css3 within the pages. I would like to have all four corners of the page to be rounded. Where would I implement these changes?
