Twenty Twelve header image settings

I make some changes in theme Twenty Twelve.
header.php: reversed the blocks “header image” with “header text” (name & descrption).

So now code looks like this:

PROBLEM: I cant find in style.css settings to decrease margins, see image: Image 2 (highlighted with red)

Please help find this settings!
