Twenty Twelve menu doesnt work on resize or mobile

hi everyone.
this is my website here please have a look
the second item on my menu is called “services” it has sub items, and when I re-size my browser window or check website on my phone. “Services” don’t open or drop down to show the sub items..?
What is it that I am doing wrong. Please guide.
