twenty twelve password protect

  • I tried to password protect a page. I set the password and tested it. I got the box asking for the password. I put it in and the page opened.
    Later I tried it again and I got the page name saying it was protected but no box in which to enter the password. is there something like a refresh I should be doing?

    Are you using a plugin for this password protection?

    as far as I remember, normally, you would just get straight in – due to cookies.

    this is actually not theme specific, but done by the WordPress core – are you using any cache plugins?
