Twenty twenty cover template page space top

Hi,

I found some CSS to reduce the hight of my header (see below), but can’t seem to find any good stuff for reducing the white space under the header / top of the content page. I’m using a three column block there, but I think the padding on top is to large.

Please help, how to change the padding of this block of remove de white part between the block and cover template header?

CSS used to reduce hight cover template header, works great:
.cover-header {
max-height: 60vh!important;
}

.cover-header-inner {
padding: 0 0 60vh 0
}
