• I have just setup WordPress and activated the Twenty Twenty Three theme which is listed as “Active” and I have customized it. But when I open my website (https://rperera.com/) the generic Twenty Twenty Four theme appears as the home page. All my subpages however appear with the correct Twenty Twenty Three theme e.g. https://rperera.com/articles/ or https://rperera.com/my-work/

I have checked the permalink and reading settings and don’t see any issues there.

I have even created a new Home page and Blog page and set them as Front Page and Posts Page respectively but still my website home defaults to the generic Twenty Twenty Four theme.

very confused as to why this is happening .

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

I believe it was likely on the template structure. You were likely editing the main post archive page, instead of editing the regular home page.

Anyway, I see that it is apparently working as expected now when I check your site, so let me know if you need further help.
