Twenty Twenty Two HEADER looks dreadful on iPad 2

  • While I’m generally very pleased with Twenty Twenty Two, I have to say the header looks awful on older iPads. I have an iPad 2 and I’m dismayed. The Site Logo, Site Title, Tagline and Nav links become all one line without spaces between the words, and the Post title appears tiny.

    If you have an older iPad and want to use the link to see what I mean, I have used CSS to add a right margin to the logo, and padding to the links to force them apart, so you won’t see what I’m complaining about, but you will see the Post Title is tiny and aligned left, when it should be aligned to the center.

    Many of our customers use old equipment – we make online sheepdog training (herding) videos – and a lot of our customers insist on buying them on DVDs! So we’re very much aware of the need to make our websites compatible.

    Any help you can offer on how to get the Header Post Title to display correctly on older devices, would be most welcome.
