[Twenty Twenty-Two] How to rearrange HTML page title?

It’s not really a huge thing, but it’s in the nature of my site that it would make more sense to have the site title first, then the page title, in the title of the HTML page.

So at the moment it’s like History – Monotropism, but semantically, Monotropism – History (or even Monotropism History) makes a lot more sense. Same with the other pages, because the title of the site is a concept, not a person or a company.

I’m almost sure I used to know a way to change this, but I’ve hunted all over, so I’m guessing it’s a theme thing and Twenty Twenty-Two either doesn’t support it, or I just haven’t thought where to look?
