Twenty-Two Preview

  • Before 5.9, you could select Preview and you would go to the theme customizer. Then you could play around before committing with the Publish button (or maybe it was Activate & Publish).

    But now, when you select a Full Site Editing (FSE) theme like Twenty22, you can’t get to the old customizer at all. You have to be looking at an older, non-FSE theme to see the pre-5.9 customizer.

    Which has me baffled because it was a great place to put Additional CSS, but in Twenty22 you have to…

      I don’t exactly know!

    … in order to use custom CSS. At least, I cannot divine where the programmers expect me to change the CSS. I use a plug-in right now, unfortunately.
