have you tried to upload a custom image under
dashboard – appearance – header ?

I don’t want to use the upload in admin, I want it default with my twentyeleven theme child ( when someone activate it ).

I add it to my function.php in twentyeleven theme child but it doesn’t work. How to make this code to show my header image only ?
