you would start by creating a child theme of Twenty Eleven; https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Child_Themes

then create a page template https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Pages#Creating_Your_Own_Page_Templates, possibly starting with a copy of sidebar-page.php or page.php;

if you have the sidebar, you would need to correct the body_class, as described in my article;

then add a custom query before the loop; https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Function_Reference/query_posts

to decide which posts get shown in the template, you could for instance use categories in the query.

if you don’t want to have the same posts on the front, you could use for instance a 'pre_get_posts' filter; https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Plugin_API/Action_Reference/pre_get_posts
