I’m using the theme TwentyEleven and I removed from the header.php file the part concerning big main header image and the search form at the top right.

I added my own picture to the top left corner and the Site Title Name and Description is to the right of this picture. The main navigation is just under this, and all of these is fine.

The problem I’m having is that when you click on a Nav link for a page i.e. Sample Page, the
Sample Page
is about two inches below the nav bar. The Home Page (Hello World!
) is about 1″ below the nav bar, which is okay. How can I move the other pages h1’s up?

    Thanks

I think I have it working okay now. Thanks for offering your help and sorry for it taking me so long to get back with you.

Great! Glad to see it’s working now.

I can’t get my theme to come up. When I first started building this blog and I activated the 2011 them it worked. Now when I try to test my article from the blog site it tells me it “can’t find what I’m looking for.” It shows that the 2011 them is the one that is activated but it is not what comes up. My website is:
https://www.bernicehoward.com. I will appreciate your help.

I am seeing the twenty eleven theme. You might want to clear your cache and try again.

Mrjonwilson, I cleared my cache and it still doesn’t work. I also cleared cookies (I’m not sure if that’s the same as cache) but it still
doesn’t work. Any other suggestions? I’d appreciate any help you can
    give.

At what point do you see the message “can’t find what I’m looking for”?

    Mrjonwilson:

I cleaned the cache and the cookies and it still doesn’t work. Anymore suggestions? Thanks for any help you can give me.

It pops up when I edit and try to preview my blog article and the page that I created. What pops up is the original theme that was on the site when I created it. Even though the theme that I want shows that it’s activated it does not show on the site. What pops up is “oops, sorry I can’t find what you’re looking for”.
