Twentyseventeen CSS Customizer
-
First, love this!
But, I see an issue that makes using it tough/confusing at times.
When the customizer is open, the ‘width’ of the page you are on is reduced and the output CSS is not what you see when it is closed making editing widths hard to handle. This happens on my 1366 wide screen making it use the CSS media rules below 67em. How can that be fixed, worked around?
And, now I see that I should probably have to use a bigger screen to see the rest of the @media above 48em (768px) like 67em (1072px), 79em (1264px).
1366px – 300px (fixed width of customizer) = 1066px (just under 67em).
1264px + 300px = 1564px so maybe 1600px wide will allow to see all the CSS and available @media queries.
Could the customizer ‘undock’ or be moved to bottom (feature request)?
Thanks for the new theme and I look forward to your reply.
