• I’m customising the twentyten theme and can’t find how to edit the content of the sidebar widgets. Tried both in admin and in the php docs.

I’m OK with dragging widgets on and off the sidebar.
But it only offers me the title box to type in. No edit option for content.

e.g. in the Meta widget I want to delete two of the pre-set links.
Also make them smaller and grey.
    How?

I found how to edit the title display in css but how do I remove the displayed title completely? – so the widget displays without a title?

  • You can’t edit the code/content of the WordPress default widgets. So you’d need to move the widget title off the display page using display:none; in your stylesheet.
