• I’m using Twentyten for a project due to it’s convenient header structure and top menu features. It’s simple to specify a header image, and then have the Nav run below it.

A client wants to have an image slider (I’m using Soliloquy for now) running full-width across the top of the Home page, right after the Nav. Simple – just set the Home page Template to “One column, no sidebar.”

But now, the client wants the Sidebar BELOW the image slider, but above the Footer material, in it’s typical Twentyten position – on the right side. I’m thinking a Custom Page template will do the trick, but am puzzled a bit by how to write one of these for Twentyten so that the Sidebar widget can appear where I want it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

    TIA!
