Twentyten remove 'Posted on' and 'by AUTHOR NAME'

Hello everyone,

At the top of my posts, I would only like to display the title, category, and date. With that being said, how can I remove the phrases ‘Posted on’ and ‘by AUTHOR NAME?’ Also, I would like to do the same thing more extensively in single post pages, removing ‘This entry was posted…’
