    Hello,

    I was wondering what the steps would be to integrate Twilio phone calling/SMS with the live-chat plugin. I already have a Twilio Account.

    Unfortunately such integration is currently not possible.

    Is that with all Companies or Just Twilio. I am also interested in integration with Clicksend?

    Hi again,

    This is true for all integrations as the plugin does not currently have such capability.

    Out of curiosity, what exactly is that you are trying to achieve with the integration?

    Because I run a resource website for people with disabilities, as I have Cerebral Palsy. If an individual who has a disability has a hard time typing, and its easier form them to make a phone call I would love to be able to have a feature like that available. Also in this day and age where text messaging is the tech thing I would love to be able to have a feature like that available as well. I noticed when I installed that you had another plugin called 3CX Live Chat and Call, but the plugin was a bit confusing when it came to the setup.
