Twitter account seems blocked, but it isn't.

My homepage Recent Tweets Widget has been blocked for months with this text: :To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, this account is temporarily locked. Please log in to https://twitter.com to unlock your account.”
The problem is that my twitter account is working just fine. How can I fix this?
