Twitter Connection Problem. error code: 401

We have fixed the Twitter Social issue on our today’s release. Please use the latest version of the SchedulePress plugin and then retry once. I hope your issue will be fixed.

Meanwhile, please ensure you have added all the necessary information on your Twitter App, as mentioned in this doc.

Thank you. I still have the Twitter Connection Problem. error code: 401. I don’t see elevated access on Twitter API. Is that an issue?

I’m sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing issues.

Currently, you don’t need Elevated access. You can simply use the free access option to share your WordPress site’s posts on Twitter. I kindly request you to generate the API Key and API Secret Key once and then reconnect your Twitter account. After that, please give it another try. Hopefully, this will resolve your issue.

In the meantime, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the SchedulePress plugin.
