Twitter Embed Tweets Not Loading

This seems to have just happened within the last day. If I embed a Tweet, it just shows up as text, like this, for example:

‘https://twitter.com/BitTrip/status/367422449454813184’

What’s strange is that sometimes it’ll show up correctly, and other times it won’t.

EDIT: If I wrap it inside embed tags, it works. Why should I have to do that all of a sudden? I’ve never had to do that before.
