Twitter Error

Thanks for this great plug-in!

I got the Facebook and Google logins working no problem but am getting this error on attempting a Twitter login at Pipeline Observer:

The website encountered an error while retrieving https://pipelineobserver.ca/login/?action=wordpress_social_authenticate&provider=Twitter&redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Fpipelineobserver.ca%2F&redirect_to_provider=true. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

Have done a few other Twitter apps for sign-ons for other sites/platforms and the Twitter app settings appear OK.
