    I hope you won’t need to touch the code. Have you put all the Twitter API settings in on the Rotating Tweets set-up page?

    It’s on the Admin page under Settings -> Rotating Tweets.

    And the Admin page is where…?

    Normally it’s at /wp-admin/

    And the Rotating Tweets settings page is normally at /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=rotatingtweets.

    It’s the page you get when you log in to add stories or plug-ins. Look to the left hand column for ‘Settings’ and then you should find ‘Rotating Tweets’ on the menu that appears.
