Twitter Feed Broken – Stuck on "loading tweets…"

Sometime this week, the Twitter feed quit working on our site. It’s stuck on “loading tweets…”. It looks like this is related to Twitter updating their API. See this link: https://freshconsulting.com/how-to-fix-your-broken-twitter-stream-widget-on-wordpress/

Will there be an update to the plugin to resolve this issue? I really like this plugin and don’t want to have to replace it.
