Twitter Feed Not Appearing

    I have two websites on which I installed FTS, seemingly identically. One site shows the Twitter feed perfectly and one doesn’t. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins and switching themes. I have two different Twitter accounts that the two sites each link to. Not sure what to do next. All caches have been cleared. Hope someone can help.

    Hi @ashforthmarketing,

    You mentioned that you have two different Twitter accounts. I’m assuming one works and the other Twitter account does not?

    Please make sure that you are running the latest version of the free Feed Them Social plugin (currently 3.0.1), the Twitter account is public and that there are no privacy restrictions in your Twitter settings. Also, that you approve the prompts when attaining an access token.

    For us to assist further, please email us your Twitter shortcode and system info (Feed Them > System Info) to support@ slickremix.com (and please fill in the email gap before sending).

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for your recommendations. I was actually able to make it work finally by uninstalling and redownloading/installing the FTS plugin again.
