Twitter feeds not downloading

  • I just installed Social (version 2.11) and Twitter Tools (version 3.1). I linked my two twitter accounts via social. I get this message on the page where the widget is displayed: RECENT TWEETS

    No tweets available at the moment.

    When I try to download tweets, it just says “Tweets are downloading” and nothing ever happens.

  • I have the same exact issue. Did you solve this?

    Mine aren’t downloading automatically either. When I click to download them, it does work though. Any idea why it stopped automatically downloading?

    Since the update an WordPress 4.0 the tool in version 3.1 wont download tweets anymore. Seems the sync is broken? I tried to make it manually with the plugin button, but it wont work right. It seems to get only a few posts and not all of them?

    I’m having the same issue. Tweets are not being downloaded automatically and the manual “Download Tweets Now” button isn’t pulling in any posts either?

    The Social Proxy has access in Twitter apps, and I’ve enabled my Twitter account on the Twitter Tools settings pages.

    Any solutions?

    Yep same here. Is this plugin dead now? No support reply in four months?!
